Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase only.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Request

To submit a refund request, please contact us at info@phytality.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

This policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation in your country.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will exchange it for a replacement of the same value at no cost to you.

Please photograph the item and contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Do not dispose of the item until the exchange has been arranged.

  • Product details
  • Proof of purchase, including your order number
  • A description and photo of the issue

We reserve the right to request that the item be returned to us before a replacement is issued.
